Who can join? Parents, students, teachers, staff, grandparents and anyone who wants to make a difference in our children's education
Why join? A portion of your membership dues goes towards paying for National & State membership, whose efforts advocate for your children in the legislature and provides additional resources to families. The remaining portion will be used to fund numerous events, programs, activities and special request at Pu'u Kukui Elementary School.
Do I have to volunteer? No, we appreciate everyone's membership whether or not you volunteer.
What if I don't have time to volunteer? If you are unable to volunteer your time, please consider becoming a member of the PTSA and give your financial support. You will have the satisfaction knowing you helped support events & activities for the students & teachers throughout the school year.
Will I get roped into volunteering if I attend a PTSA meeting? No, there will be opportunities to get involved, but no pressure. Just pass along the signup sheet if you are unable to participate. No judgement here!
Does the PTSA membership expire? Yes, each school year begins a new PTSA membership year.
Membership is $20.00 per person. To submit your membership form, you can either click on the link at the top of this page to submit online or click on the file below and print, then hand in your form and payment (cash or check) to your child's teacher or the office.
